Everyone needs to start at zero feedback. Maybe he is just a new seller or started a new account. He is not giving his cards away, which adds some legitimacy to his listings, whereas he could start them at 99 cents and see what happens. I don't know anything about Clark, but many of the other signatures looked good to me, but I am no expert.
