I don't believe this card is part of the Orcajo Reds set. Orcajo put out many postcards of celebrities during the same time period as the Reds cards were issued, I think Joe D just happened to be issued as one of those celebrity cards.
I've had a Jack Dempsey Orcajo, others can be found of musicians and other interesting people of the time period.
