Through his wish to be an organ donor, his strength and generosity has given the gift of precious time back to three people. His donation will allow these recipients to add another candle to their birthday cake, be there to walk their daughter down the aisle, see their son's first homerun or to simply to feel the sun on their face for one more amazing day. Very sorry for your loss. Hopefully, you can take at least some comfort in knowing that his decision to be an organ donor is helping other people. I have an ACL in my left leg that came from someone else after I tore mine in 2011. Without that, I would never be able to have any kind of normal functionality of my leg.
