It's sort of hard to tell the grades.....
I would probably call it (the box) EX with a MC qualifier....but hey the cards are ready to go!! Can you imagine if our regular auctions just showed the boxes the cards were coming in?? 
ps....forget it, I just read the cards are good to mint. That really settles it.
