Default Interesting(?) 1962 Green Tint Tidbit...

If you look at Milwaukee Braves team pictures from the 50's and 60's an oddity (I know that's not politically correct or anything) appears sometimes. And there he is again as one of the determining factors of the 1962 Topps #158 green tint card. I'm talking about the extremely short, dark suited grown man on the left side of the photograph. He barely comes up to the waist of the person beside him and he looks to be about the same 'height' as the players seated on the bench.

I always wondered who this fellah was and how the heck did he fit in with a professional baseball team, so I did some research and lo and behold I found out he was the Braves' traveling secretary, Donald Davidson. He worked for the team for many, many years. If you're interested, check out this article I stumbled across...

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.
