Hi James,
Great question!
I recommend using ticket top-loaders (3 1/2" x 7 1/2").
Here is a quick look at what they look like with tickets in them.
Once in top-loaders you can either box them in chronological order, or use albums with 3-pocket pages. I also use a PC-Labeler to put interesting facts about the game on the top-loader. Others that I know simply use fine-tipped sharpie.

There are a few online sellers that I've used that are good to deal with & I can supply this info if you are interested.
