horrible...
So I finally get a response from Jake, at 11am this morning telling me the two items I was interested in early on Monday morning were already 'sold to another member'. His response only took 51 HOURS (wtf!!) from the time I first asked him about these items. Jake, your 'customer service department' needs a complete overhaul. Good luck with future sales. I won't bother contacting you in the future.
