Thanks! Sadly, I didn't. Still only the one of each that I mentioned at the time.
(Well, no Bergen. Just the other two.) I'll see about getting decent scans of them in a bit.
Edited to add that I'm sure I wasn't remotely the first person to notice it, with so many smart people being so passionate about these for so many years!
