Your point is irrelevant because there are ALWAYS Nolan Ryan rookies on eBay in either PSA 7 or 8 condition. As of right now, there are 5 PSA 8's and 6 PSA 7's (I didn't count those w/ qualifiers).
My point is, if one is patient enough to wait the 15-30 days for the quadruple eBay Bucks before purchaseing a Ryan, they can definitely take advantage of the 8% back and still have plenty to choose from on eBay.
