A very nice factory cut "color shift" showing a very Dramatic BLUE FACED appearance of Hartsel.........
not many are shifted this much.....
There was a thread about this card.(please search forum
).....Steve B had thoughts of the markings on the front being possible printers notes written on the front to identify a bad registration to adjust the plate, but this is not confirmed.....
notice the bottom portion of the green is NOT shifted like the rest of the card....this is a very unique card
