I collect leather PC's from central Washington, it's rodeo town here. Some are very well done. This "WaJo" PC is a nice example of any dye-cut baseball player used as a stencil. IMO it looks more like Christy Mathewson

I have many other examples from 1903-26. When you get it in your hands I think you'll be happy, scans really do not do the tangible "feel" of these postcards justice. At $45 that is not a bad price, but fear his description could have led to someone being taken.
