Picked this up the other day and looking for ideas of year and what league it may be from. I was thinking college (California maybe) but figured I would toss it out to the experts here to see what type info I might be able to get.

I'll upload a larger scan once I get it in hand. I guess it has McGregor stamped into the photo but don't know what that means either.
