Most of the writing did come off. The mustard yellow color is much brighter. However, a majority of the stains remain and are now more visible than ever because of that.

. I always ask sellers to ship pennants either flat or VERY loosely rolled. I hope your guy at least gave you a $2.32 First a Class rate. I have had fantastic luck with bleach
on white pennants. What did you use on yours?
I am also not above ironing pennants. The old (quality wool) ones can take a hot iron. The newer crappy polyesters, I iron under a towel...otherwise, they melt!
