One little clue is the zip code used on the backside. On July 1, 1963 the USPS introduced a non-mandatory five-digit zip code to speed mail processing. I'm unsure when it became obligatory, but I know it took a few years to really crank up, but my point is the earliest date of that postcard cannot be prior to 1963. ---Brian Powell
