In his 2006 rookie season, Anibal Sanchez joined the ranks of immortality by pitching a no-hitter on 9/6/2006 against the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks.
I had the opportunity to meet Sanchez shortly after the end of the 2006 season and got him to sign a rare season ticket to his rookie no-hitter.
These Sanchez rookie game used cleats and glove are a neat compliment to one of my current favorite pitchers on my hometown Detroit Tigers.  |
