We have determined that there was a denial of service attack against MEARS's web site. We do not yet know who currently were responsible but we will find out sometime tomorrow. We have since shut down those IP addresses that were causing the outages and things seem to be running smoother. If you are a legitimate bidder and cannot get in, please let me know by emailing me at
