Definitely a 1970's Angels era genuine signature of Ryan.
As the previous poster indicated, this was Nolan's fast one that you would get at the ballpark over the railing. I have perhaps 50-75 of these that I got IP from Nolan during his tenure with the Angels between the years of 1972-1979.
I would bet that this card was signed between 1974-1979, FWIW.
