Default Baseball card art

Hey guys, There's been a lot of threads about artists using baseball cards, so I thought I would add my own two cents. I normally work in oils, either in abstract or impressionist style. Below are scans, the first of one of my abstracts, the next two are baseball cards, one using roy white's 1971 topps card, the other using Alan Trammell's 1981 topps card. My idea is to mimic a sort of fantasy sheet/ proof/ screenprint design. The cards are glued in pattern to board (harder than it sounds), color is added and then the whole thing sealed with galkyd which is a clear medium. Thanks for looking!
