thanks for sharing these. I have archived every one. I find something new, make a connection, or take another direction every time. I have the 1939 acc but never look at it :-(. It once belonged to the man behind the curtain..... If I were more of a student with less to do - I'd follow the changes Burdick made with regard to his philosophy over specifics. As seen above cabinet photos in the Ginter series were initially treated as cards and albums were designated with numbers corresponding to the set they matched. Obviously the narrative from a cartophilic perspective morphed as he had to apply a more strict interpretation of the data and how best to catagorize it. Within that process much can be gleaned from following the ACC's evelolution. Wish I had more time..........
