If you are talking about the Negro Leaguer Newt Allen , his signature is not common or readily available but it is not expensive either( I would estimate under $ 200.00 and more likely under $100). I purchased mine in the 1990s and since that time I have seen approximately 5 or 6 of his autos. I know Keating has a sig cut from a document to John Holway ( I assume you know who John Holway is) for $795, whether it is one of the examples in Keating's Negro League autograph guide or not I do not know; but $795 is what too steep in my opinion for a Newt Allen autograph unless it would be a contract or the like. This would be for flat items ,single signed baseballs will be much more
A couple of times I have seen his signature included in Negro League autograph lots, but again that is not common either.
Hope this helps.
