Thanks for confirming Bryan. The back is improved over what it was, but paper loss exists as you can see. I picked this and a few other low condition cards up to experiment with soaking. If anyone's interested I just used distilled water and let it sit for 24 hours. When I bought it on Ebay, it looked like there was paper stuck to the back as opposed to removed.
I still think it cleaned up nicely. A quick shout out to Frank B, Frank sent me several emails with examples and his thoughts on soaking when I asked the forum some soaking questions, about 10 months ago. Thanks Frank, I've learned a lot and had a ton of fun!
