For cards like that finding cards that are similar in number runs from aproximate years will give you a good estimate.

For instance:

2013 Bowman Red Ice 23/25 sold for $20 on 10/06

2013 Topps Chrome Ref 7/25 - $36.50 10/01

So based off this I would think $10-$36 would be a good estimate but you can do more data collecting:
