Up for sale is an interesting item I picked up a few months ago: a 1949-50 Toleteros Album from Puerto Rico.
This album is in very rough shape, but once housed early cards of Leon Day, Willard Brown, and Hilton Smith. The cards have all been removed from the inside pages, which are now torn and frayed and are coming off at the seam. Many of the player names are illegible as a result of the removal of the cards. After doing some research, I uncovered that this exact album had been sold at Hunt Auctions for over $3,800, and the cards were subsequently removed.
