Larry - I couldn't believe it either. I was watching that lot closely. You'll be happy to know that there will be another for sale shortly (PWCC) w/ nice eye-appeal and graded just a notch lower. Yes, shameless plug, but I've gotta pay for my addiction somehow, right?
