A nice set of cards. I would grade these cards range around NM condition. A lot of them would grade higher. A few look around EX-EXMT with a light corner ding. A couple might have a light hairline crease.
The Payton Rookie looks NM but after looking at in good daylight I've seen a small indention on the left and right edge. Light ding on the top right hand corner.
Comes with album and clean protective sheets. I will leave the Payton in a top loader.
