 90 raw commons * $15 = $1350
 5 Graded PSA 3 * $50 = $ 250
 3 Graded PSA 5 * $100 = $ 300
 1 Graded PSA 6 * $250 = $ 250
 1 Graded HOF * $1000 = $1000

 Value of break $3150 / 100 = $31.50 Per Card
 Slots cost $40 * 100 = $4000
 Seller Profit App. $400-$500

That's pretty in-line with what I did, believe it or not these are much harder than you would think to put together with a reasonable value for the slot price even only making about 10-12%. For instance accounting for shipping on 100 packages turns the approx profit into $100~ after supplies and negative after labor.
What it boils down to is that I could put together 5 or 6 100 slot breaks and I tried to go too big too fast. I think it would be incredibly hard to put one together at much less than the $50 price point (as everything I have is graded).
I am in the process of putting something together and will get it posted after further thought and hopefully after I can get the math to make sense.
