After using the PSA search engine, here are some other sets they don't grade:
1973 Mattel Instant Replay Records (N9 -No Longer Grade) - boxers
1977 HRT/RES - Looks like a set that reprinted old Bowmans
1967 Starliner Decal - Baseball
1992 Pro File National - Baseball from the National Convention
None of these have many graded examples, and none seem to have the cachet of either Babe Ruth set. They seem like outliers.
