As an owner of a few retail stores for almost a decade my biggest issues were with employees. Now, in business, my motto is the fewer the better
.
But as for finding a job, it's a job. Hang in there and keep looking.....they are out there if you really want one. I suggest taking a job just to have one and keep looking for a better one.
