Default Population Report on complete signed sets?
Does anyone know if there is a population report on COMPLETELY Signed sets
anywhere? I would be curious to know for example if anyone has ever fully completed a 1970 or 1971 etc. through today. Especially the Reguar issue Topps Sets over the years.
