That looks like a facsimile souvenir ball. They were a popular item at call parks during the 70's and 80's. All of the signatures are in the same color with the same pressure. There is also no overlap of autographs. The ink doesn't look drawn on but rather stamped. It's a nice souvenir for a Reds fan but unfortunately that's all it is. Sorry,
