Default OT Paypal Fraud - CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT!!!
Just got charged $280 from a WELCOME INFORMATIQUE of Indonesia;
for a Samsung Galaxy cell phone..

Double check your email and paypal accounts

I had to call paypal and put a stop payment.
