It's an interesting piece of Southern Association history. The league would meet annually, and this appears to be a publication of the events surrounding the December 1906 meeting.

It looks like some of the names listed were the managers from each city: Mike Finn, who had managed Nashville in 1906 and was moving to Little Rock for 1907, replaced in Nashville by Johnny Dobbs; Harry Vaughn, Birmingham; Charles Babb, Memphis; Will Smith, Atlanta, Charles Frank, New Orleans; Tom Fisher, Shreveport; John Malarkey would manage Montgomery but must not have come aboard at the time.

I have seen only a handful of these (I have one for a decade later), none from this era. Interesting piece, great Southern Association item!
