All I can say is I am just glad I got it when I did
And not to feather my own nest, and of course we are biased towards our own cards, but the Matty Proof is the only HOF'er issued proof known, as far as I am aware (though there are probably others) so it might be above a no name or other issued type T206 proof (minus a wags or plank)
