As far as I am concerned, the bid of $160 came in before the deadline. Just because nobody topped it doesn't stop it from being a valid, binding bid. It possibly could have prevented someone else from bidding $160. This is not eBay. A bid id a bid, not a max bid, unless the auction is designed that way. With the recent influx of New Posters, I figured I would stick my nose in it.
