The card looks good to me, as does the Ruth card that he had. The zero feedback is definitely concerning. The no returns is a little concerning, but you can always file a SNAD ebay case. However, if you look at the seller's sold listings as well as his current ones, they are a mixture of 1933 Goudey's (currently low numbers) with commons as well as HOFers. To me, that gives an added air of authenticity to these cards. I put in a low ball bid on the Ruth card, but got outgunned, but the winner probably still got a good deal the card. There is still risk as the others have said in that this is a zero feedback seller. You don't know what may happen, e.g., different card is sent, fake card is sent, empty box, etc. If the deal turns out bad, you have the hassle of dealing w/ ebay/paypal and having $2k of your money tied. There's more risk than typical. You just need to figure out how much you can stomach for a good deal.
