Lot of 5 The Uncanny X-Men #s 224, 225, 247, 255, 290 - The all appear to be really nice and well taken care of.

Atlantis Attacks X-Men 64 pages - also really nice

Lot of 5 Avengers:
#38 - This is very nice for it's age. No creases or rips.
#51 - By far, the worst one in the lot. Bottom right corner ripped, decent shape other than that.
#257 & #296 - Very nice condition, no creases or rips
#298 - Some wrinkles on the front cover
