I too have seen several letters signed this way... Ty also penned a variant of the typical mushroom cap "T" which resembled a "2" as this one does...

I think its Ty, but the "As Ever" saluation spooks me... its elegance and intimacy remind of a closing a writer would choose (if you know what I mean)
