This is a tough one. Although I usually don't hesitate to commit one way or the other (regardless of accuracy
, I'm hesitant on this. The personal inscription notwithstanding, there are a few areas that cause me some concern. Some of the atypical features appear to be the break in "Sincerely", the "a", as well as the end of the "h" (not sure if that's a slow stop, a flaw in the paper, etc)
Wish I could be of more help.
Not sure why others are slow to weigh in on this one.
