Well, I responded with the suggestion of consideration of moving the card via an Auction House if his reserve is not reached, explaining that the Auction Houses frequently will cover the cost of authentication and grading and the prices realized and fees are comparable to Ebay. I apologize in advance to any of my Auction House friends, who may have to break the news to the seller.
In my defense I did not make any specific recommendations.
