Default Pinky's Gone Postal - Thank you bidders, one and all

Everyone knows that the first thirdbaseman to record 10 fielding chances successfully in a World Series game was none other than Pinky Higgins in the 1940 fall classic.

Own a piece of World Series history with this toned but otherwise VG+ (really EXish) example of Pinky from the 1941 Play Ball set. The actual cost of shipping this ungraded card will be 70 cents, so the opening bid of 99 cents including shipping in this auction means a 29 cent net for me.

Of course, the bidding will go higher once the word gets out about Pinky's prowess with the glove. I'm actually surprised he wasn't even mentioned in the recent hot corner thread.

Bidding increments of $1 or more are requested and any form of payment is okay, except defunct foreign currency. This auction will end at the crack of 9PM CST on Wednesday the 26th.

Addendum: This auction is also an opportunity to become my 200th successful B/S/T transaction partner. Thanks to everyone for their sales, trades, purchases and support.
