That is how I assumed it always was. Look at any previous auctions on BST, you are not doing incremental bidding, you are basically making offers with the best offer prior to the cut off time getting the item. Net54 auctions may be called an auction, but I have always looked at it more as a "Best offer" situation with the seller designating the lowest offer they would accept.
