The back stamp, from what I can make out, appears to most closely match the one shown in Yee/Fogel's book for the 1933-40 period. It doesn't exactly match any of the stamps shown, but that appears to be the closest.
If you were going to do some research and try to find an exact match for the image and text that would have been on the accompanying paper caption (now absent, but the photo does show evidence of it once having been attached), I would concentrate on 1936 around the time that both men were inducted into the HOF.
In my opinion, I think Leon's about right with his price range. Given the absence of the caption and specific date stamp, it would probably be towards the middle to lower end of that range as is. If it had the original dated caption, or if you are able to match it to a printed article, you might be able to push it to the upper end of that range.
