Unlike many prohibition brewers-turned-ice-cream-makers who stopped making ice cream shortly after the end of prohibition, Yuengling continued to make ice cream into the 1980s. I remember stopping by the retail "parlor" on West Market in the late '70s a number of times. And Yuengling will be getting back into the ice cream business as well (see http://www.yuenglingsicecream.com/), with the really good news being that Leiby's will be the ones actually producing the ice cream under the Yuengling name. Who knows, maybe they'll start packaging cards again.

I heard the same thing in the news, pertaining to Yuenglings producing ice cream again. I thought it an interesting tie into what we collect. I have seen a few more of the cards on the market lately. Maybe they will get some originals and make a game of it again
