I saw an ad on TV recently for a Weekly Standard cruise. I like the Weekly Standard and all, but a cruise?!

An NSCC cruise would be interesting. How would you deal with getting ripped off in international waters? I can see international postal inspectors on speed boats riding up alongside the cruise ship and coming aboard like pirates.
