I second the recommendation to read "Banzai Babe Ruth" - it's one of the best baseball books I've ever read (and I read A LOT), a must-have if you enjoy pre-war baseball. The book has a nice story about how the poster you see in the picture had a big part in convincing The Babe to go to Japan in 1934.
