I hear ya. I am sure it got old. He who gloats can eat crow. Although I am not sure how much crow there is to eat when your team makes the WS. I am a fan, a longtime Cardinal fan but I don't consider myself a gloater. But I did learn in an earlier thread that most Cardinal fans are, I believe the word was, insufferable.

Yep, and some humble pie was served, crow alamode. For a change, I didn't have to hear about " The World Champion St. louis Cardinals". It was left in the Cubs matra, wait til next year. i have to remind him that the Cardinals were World Series Champions a few years ago. :-)
