I have a LARGE library of reference books and guides. Nothing would encompass your desires in one book or in totality. I would however suggest 2 interesting books that have quite a bit of ephemera, "information", and memorabilia. Kashmaniains BASEBALL TREASURES and TOBACCO THE GREAT SEDUCTION ((not where book is and forget who the author is). I'll look thru my shelves to see what else I can come up with...............
