Jefferson Burdick and my father actually worked together at Crouse-Hinds in Syracuse in the late thirties. Crouse-Hinds was best known at that time for the production of traffic lights. I never found out before Dad passed, if he knew an odd little fellow at Crouse-Hinds named "Jeff". I did however show him my first T206 and he said he had never seen one before. His year of birth was 1918 and he was never a big baseball fan.
