I've got one going on right now...states "out for delivery" @ 8:21 AM on June 30 and "delivery status not updated" @ 10:21 PM June 30. Wants a refund, can't blame him, and as a seller you are responsible for delivery.
Maybe he's a mail carrier and doesn't scan his own mail as "delivered"
