I may be in the minority here, but I think the card is accurately graded. You have an issue in the red border on the left, and some spotted staining on the card on the left as well.

I had this card. It came back a PSA 5. One of the most beautiful 5's you will ever find. Comparing my 5 to your 5, that is what makes me think the card is accurately graded....

So mine had a very tiny surface wrinkle on the right side. The problem they claimed on the reverse just wasn't there. I didn't see it - PSA didn't see it. So my card had a tiny surface wrinkle - yours has chipping in the red and spotted staining. That is why I think the '5' grade is spot on.
